2. How We Use It

We use your data to operate the Service, process payments, show your location on the map feature, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Location Data

Location is only collected when you explicitly enable it in the app. You can turn it off at any time from your profile settings.

4. Third Parties

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Agora for voice calls, Mapbox for maps, and Stripe for payments. Each has their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at support@whisperplusme.com to make a request.

7. Children

This Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
